Troubled actress Amanda Bynes made shocking claims Friday morning on Twitter against her father and then two hours later made a stunning reversal.

The former Nickelodeon star claimed in a disturbing series of tweets that she was talking to a lawyer about getting a restraining order against her father because he was abusive and even tried to have sex with her when she was a child.

By early afternoon, she appeared to have recanted the accusations while saying her brain was controlled by a microchip her father had implanted under her skull.

"My dad never did any of those things The [sic] microchip in my brain made me say those things but he's the one that ordered them to microchip me," she claimed.

Bynes started her morning rant by complaining about needing facial surgery.

"F**k I just need a tremendous amount of facial surgery," Bynes griped.

Bynes' disturbing rant came only two days after she was reportedly caught shoplifting twice in Manhattan in the span of a few hours.

"My dad was verbally and physically abuse [sic] to me as a child," Bynes wrote. "I need to tell the truth about my dad.

"He called me ugly as a child and then asked me if I wanted to have sex with him and i [sic] did not know how to respond and I said no and then I was forced to live with my dad which was a total nightmare."

She then accused him of masturbating in front of her.

"My dad fondled himself in front of me so many times that i [sic] started recording him on my phone in hopes of catching him saying or doing something inappropriate around me so I could get him arrested & put in jail for the rest of his perverted life," she alleged.

Bynes also claimed her mother was aware of his supposed behavior around her.

"My mom knows that my father's literally and physically incestual towards his own daughter and the fact that she never called the police on him embarrasses me to no end," she continued.

"So, today I am meeting with a lawyer to get a restraining order against my dad," said the actress. "I cannot hear the sound of His incestually charged voice ever again and I'm just being honest.

"I will not be manipulated or brainwashed by anyone anymore," Bynes tweeted. "So let me live my own life free of unhappiness and misery.

"So call me what you want but please do not call me crazy or insane because that's a joke."

The astonishing allegations also came shortly after she lamented tabloids calling her crazy and publishing "the most hideous shots" of her in articles about her bizarre antics.

"So if the magazines would please stop acting like I need mental help I would really appreciate it," she tweeted. "What I need help with is looking pretty."

An employee of one of the stores where Bynes was reportedly caught shoplifting Wednesday told TMZ the actress looked like a 'half-naked, homeless crackhead."

The report came only two days after Bynes optimistically tweeted about moving to New York to enroll at either Columbia University or NYU.

She recently left rehab and appeared to be getting her life back on track. She has even repeatedly mentioned a boyfriend she is in love with and set to marry.

"I am getting married and my boyfriend and I are going to be on the cover People magazine," Bynes tweeted.

AOL News could not immediately reach her father for comment.
