Robert Downey Jr. confirms new 'Iron Man' sequel on 'Ellen'

Robert, who plays Iron Man/Tony Stark, appeared as a guest on the Ellen DeGeneres show on Oct. 7 [episode will air Thursday, Oct. 9].

While chatting, Ellen asked Downey Jr. if a new 'Iron Man' was in the works.

Downey Jr.: "We're in the middle of negotiations, blah blah blah."

Degeneres: "So yes?"

Downey Jr.: "Okay yes. Yes."

Robert didn't reveal when the next movie will hit theaters, but at least we now know there are more of Tony Stark's epic showdowns to look forward to!
