Judge Orders Bethenny Frankel Not To Wear Her 4-Year-Old's Pajamas

Earlier this summer, Skinny Girl mogul Bethenny Frankel took to Instagram to prove just what a skinny girl she is by wearing her toddlers nightgown and posting it to Instagram.

While some people were amused by the photo, the majority of the interwebs responded by chastising the 43-year-old reality star. She responded to the 'haters' via Twitter saying, "When ur 4 year old peanut says 'mommy please put my dress on' & giggles uncontrollably, u do what ur told."

The always sarcastic Frankel also posted: "BREAKING NEWS! World Scandal: Former reality star, failed talk show host & cocktail maven jokes by wearing her kids' pjs! #itcantbetrue"

Well, not everyone was on board with the joke. Frankel and her soon-to-be ex-husband Jason Hoppy are in the midst of dissolving their marriage -- and this week, a judge scolded Frankel during a hearing telling her "no more baby clothes."

Page Six is reporting that Judge Ellen Gesmer said, "It's not a joke. Her child is not a joke."

The judge then went so far as to call the whole thing "ridiculous."

Yes, a woman in her 40s had to be told by a judge handling her divorce to stop wearing baby clothes on the Internet.

Frankel and her estranged husband will share custody of their daughter Brynn -- a custody settlement that was reached earlier this summer after an embarrassing public battle where Frankel referred to her ex as 'white trash.'
