Helen Mirren's stunt double is half her age?

It's no secret that Helen Mirren has a rockin' bod -- and not just for a 69-year-old.

The knockout is in such great shape that her body double for an upcoming film is allegedly 39 years her junior, according to the Mirror.

Fleur van Eeden, 30, has been hired to stand in for Dame Helen in the upcoming war thriller "Eye in the Sky," which will also co-star Alan Rickman and "Breaking Bad" actor Aaron Paul. The film is set to be released in the UK next year.

"It's amazing to be playing her body double when I'm 40 years younger than her. But Helen looks fantastic," van Eeden told Mirror.

The professional stuntwoman has previously worked for other Hollywood stars, including 39-year-old actress Charlize Theron.

This is not the first time Mirren's body has made headlines, much to the actress's dismay. When photos of her in a red bikini surfaced in 2008, fans were in awe of her age-defying figure -- and she even won the title of Body of the Year in a poll by LA Fitness. But the actress considered it to be a "lie."

"I think the thing that will haunt me for the rest of my life is that bloody photograph of myself in a bikini," she said in an interview. "In and of itself, it is a lie because I don't actually look like that."

Lie or not, the British stunner has been looking incredible on and off the red carpet, all thanks to the Royal Canadian Air Force workout she swears by, which includes moves like knee raises, arm circling and more.

We wonder if her super-fit body double subscribes to the same exercise plan ...
