And baby makes three!

Lady Antebellum's Dave Haywood, 32, and his wife, Kelli Cashiola Haywood, welcomed their first child on Sunday.

The excited new parents shared the happy news via the band's Twitter account:

Their newborn weighed in at a healthy 7 lbs. and measured 19 inches long and has a family name. "Cash is taken from Kelli's maiden name Cashiola and Van is Dave's father's name," the band's rep told People.

Haywood was forced to cancel his show with his band on Sunday in Allegan, Michigan, when his record exec wife of two years went into labor. But based on the band's enthusiastic baby announcement, they're looking forward to having a new member of the Lady A family.

Lady A front woman Hillary Scott and her husband, Chris Tyrrell, are the proud parents of 1-year-old daughter, Eisele Kaye.

Lady Antebellum is currently on their Take Me Downtown Tour.
