It might be hard to believe, but a Florida man made it his mission to take down a 12-year-old boy and his lemonade stand.

The Tampa Bay Times reports 61-year-old Doug Wilkey has emailed City Hall at least four times citing little T.J. Guerrero for "illegal business" of selling fresh-baked cookies and lemonade.

Fortunately, the rest of the neighbors told authorities they had absolutely no problem with the refreshment stand. Usually when someone tries to bring down a young entrepreneur, the reaction isn't pleasant.

Julie Murphy, 7, was told she couldn't run her lemonade stand in Oregon unless she bought a $120 license for her business. A county health inspector shut her down and left community members very sour.
