Police have announced that Robin Williams was found dead with a belt around his neck. 2. Rapper and Toronto Raptors' Global Ambassador, Drake, has been fined $25,000 as a result of comments at his concert last weekend. Drake encouraged fans to cheer for Kevin Durant in a light-hearted attempt to convince the basketball player to join the Raptors.
