They say if you commit the crime, you gotta do the time. And sometimes that time is just a as creative as the crime. Last year, 32-year-old Shena Hardin was sentenced to two days of humiliation after she drove up on a sidewalk to avoid waiting behind a school bus in Cleveland. A judge ordered her to stand on the street corner and hold a sign that read, "Only an idiot drives on the sidewalk to avoid a school bus."

And a judge in Oklahoma didn't send a Tyler Alread to jail after he pleaded guilty to manslaughter. Nope. Instead, he told him he could stay the clink if he went to church for 10 years. Talk about forgiveness...

And this boy in Moscow who insists he's only 13 but he was tried as an adult...because of his penis. Doctors said he appeared to be 16 or 17 years old after examining his um...member...and sentenced him to jail for his crime.

Not sure why that deep investigation was necessary, but it was a good headline.
