Travel Channel Host Drops Major Weight

Adam Richman is 70 pounds lighter, and he is getting naked to prove it. In the eternal battle of 'Man v. Food,' Adam has definitely won.

The Travel Channel host dropped 60lbs., but he didn't stop there. Richman shed 10 more and recently gave Instagram followers a tease of his big reveal. In September, Richman told People that he, "could see [his] belly, it was unflattering. It sent [him] into depression."

"To go from hating the way I looked to being a Cosmo centerfold is a profound honor," he tells Cosmopolitan UK . "If you are a guy who has already been the fun-to-be-around teddy bear, then all of a sudden people are viewing you as sexy, it is nice."

In fact, he's feeling so confident that he skipped wardrobe entirely for a Cosmo UK shoot. He explains that "my wardrobe is [a] soccer ball ... just a soccer ball."

The celeb is undressing for a good cause: to raise awareness for Cancer Research UK.
