In the gorgeous image, she rocks a black wig, very heavy eye makeup and a skin-tight PVC body suit. She's also covered up her signature tattoos and, as E! points out, "has shed her conservative attire, opting for a sexed-up image. Additionally, the hitmaker seems a bit slimmer and looks like she may have lost weight before the photo shoot."

The singer posted this cheeky note on her blog: "In real life I only really look like I look on my album sleeve from the neck down ; )"

She also revealed that the album title is "taken from Sheryl Sandberg's Ban Bossy campaign," which encourages girls to lead.
