Have no fear: People in this world are still capable of performing selfless acts, and a Florida man named Cesar Larios did just that when he turned himself into a human chair.

'The 23-year-old offered his back so a 79-year-old stranger could stay off her feet.'

'And he put his arm around me and said now you don't get upset, I'm here and I'm going to take care of you.'

'I just felt like I was doing the right thing.'

Larios, an employee for College Hunks Hauling Junk, was on a job at a senior living facility when he, his co-workers and Rita Young were stuck in an elevator.

WSVN reports: 'She kind of started putting her weight on my back little by little and then after a few seconds she was just, like, chilling on my back.'

On its Facebook page, College Hunks Hauling Junk posted a photo of Young sitting on Larios with the caption "We'll bend over backwards for you!" - and it's been getting a lot of attention.

The Good News Network re-posted the image on its Facebook page, where it's gotten over 2200 shares and nearly 8700 likes.

Nick Friedman, the co-founder and president of College Hunks Hauling Junk, seems quite proud of his employee. He told The Huffington Post: 'I think what's great about it is that it's a genuine moment caught on camera. A lot of people say the younger generation has lost certain values. But one small picture shows that chivalry and hard work are still very much alive in our youth.'

Young says she's very appreciative and considers Larios a "special angel." Larios, Young, and company were rescued from the elevator after being stuck for half an hour.
