Build Direct's chocolate flooring prank
There have been a number of really good April Fools' Day pranks done by companies like Google and Virgin America, but this one has to be the sweetest. Build Direct, a Vancouver based home improvement supplier, announced they would start selling dark chocolate flooring. They say it's the obvious next step in home renovation.
It's unfortunate that this isn't a real thing, because $9.99 for a square foot of Belgian chocolate is a steal, but the first hot day of summer it might just turn the living room into a chocolate river. Then again, would that be bad?
The downside of installation? You gain a few pounds, you get a few cavities.
