Nintendo Losing Eternal Darkness Trademark — Unless They Do Something With It

Since the original release of Eternal Darkness back in 2002, Nintendo has teased everyone by holding and renewing the trademark. The most recent time being this past July.

After years of this the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office) has, to put it simply, given Nintendo 36 months to do something with Eternal Darkness or forfeit the trademark. It will be interesting to see what Nintendo does about this...hopefully a new game.
