Little Sullivyn was getting driven to Christmas dinner by his grandfather, Ronald, when his grandpa went into diabetic shock.

Luckily, the quick-thinking and brave little guy was able to save his grandpa's life.

"Fox & Friends" reports the boy literally jumped out of the car when his grandpa looked tired.

Paramedics later told him Ronald his blood sugar was so low that if his grandson hadn't gotten help so quickly, he might not have survived -- his blood sugar was at 20.
