Cloud Solutions Industry Veteran Walt Weisner Joins RingCentral as Senior Vice President of Global Customer Care

Former ServiceNow, ShoreTel and WebEx Exec Joins RingCentral to Lead Global Customer Care Organization

SAN MATEO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- RingCentral, Inc. (NYS: RNG) , a leading provider of cloud business communications solutions, today announced the appointment of Walt Weisner as Senior Vice President of Global Customer Care. Weisner brings over 15 years of customer success, professional services and technical support experience from previous leadership roles at companies including ServiceNow, Good Technology, ShoreTel and WebEx.

Prior to joining Good, Weisner held executive positions as VP Global Customer Care and Operations at ServiceNow, VP Global Support Service at ShoreTel and VP Global Support Services at WebEx. Mr. Weisner holds his BBA from Cleveland State University in International Marketing and Finance.
