Prudential Financial Declares Quarterly Dividend on Common Stock

NEWARK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Prudential Financial, Inc. (NYS: PRU) announced today the declaration of a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share of Common Stock, payable on September 19, 2013, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 27, 2013.
