Cardinal Financial Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend

TYSONS CORNER, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cardinal Financial Corporation (NAS: CFNL) (the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share. This dividend will be paid on August 23, 2013 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 8, 2013.
