Amazon Kindle Worlds Is Bigger Than You Think

When Amazon.com officially took the wraps off its Kindle Worlds fan-fiction platform last month, some balked at the fact that it only provided licenses for writers to create content based on Gossip Girl, Pretty Little Liars, and The Vampire Diaries. Still, Amazon promised writers it was planning to announce "more licenses soon."

Sure enough, the retail giant has already fulfilled that promise through a new deal with comic-book publisher Valiant Entertainment -- and while Valiant isn't exactly a household name, there's reason to believe it's a great addition to Amazon's platform, says Fool contributor Steve Symington in the following interview with the Fool's Erin Miller.
