Think Finance to Hold Industry Innovation Session at the Underbanked Financial Services Forum

FORT WORTH, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Think Finance, a company that develops online financial products that bridge the gap between payday loans and credit cards, today announced that it will sponsor and host an Industry Innovation Session at the 8th Annual Underbanked Financial Services Forum on Thursday, June 6 from 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. at the InterContinental in Miami, Fl.

The session, entitled "The Next Generation of Financial Consumers - Millennials, the I-Want-it-Now Generation," will focus on the financial preferences and concerns of 18 to 34 year olds. Think Finance will unveil the findings of a new study conducted by Harris Interactive about Millennial attitudes, habits and aspirations around their personal finances. The event will also feature a panel of Millennials who will share their perspective on the findings and discuss what they really want from banks and other financial service providers when it comes to financial products, technology, customer service and more.

"While the Baby Boomer generation is seen as the key demographic for most financial services institutions, Millennials will have their day and it is important to get an early read on their priorities and the unique financial challenges they face as they start their adult lives at a very difficult time for the economy," said Ken Rees, President and Chief Executive Officer, Think Finance. "We look forward to sharing insightful new data and hearing directly from Millennials on how financial services providers can best meet their needs."

The Underbanked Financial Services Forum is an annual event that draws more than 750 bank and credit union executives, technology entrepreneurs, retailers, investors, regulators, nonprofit providers, and consumer advocates to discuss the market opportunities in serving the financially underserved and to advance innovative efforts to the next level.
