World Fuel Services Declares Fresh Dividend

World Fuel Services is about to pump out its latest distribution to stockholders. The company has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.0375 per share of its stock, to be paid on July 5 to shareholders of record as of June 21.

That amount matches each of the firm's regular disbursements stretching back to early 2010. Before that, World Fuel Services paid double that amount, or $0.075 per share. However, World Fuel did a 2-for-1 stock split in 2009.

The just-declared dividend annualizes to $0.15 per share. That yields 0.4% at World Fuel Services' most recent closing stock price of $40.73.

Last month, the company released its Q1 results. For the quarter, it posted revenue of $10.2 billion and an attributable net profit of $48.7 million (diluted EPS of $0.68). Those figures for the same period the previous year were $9.5 billion and $46.4 million ($0.65), respectively.
