KIT digital Increases Sales but Misses Estimates on Earnings

For the quarter, gross margin was 79.3%, 2,500 basis points better than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 5.4%, 160 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 3.1%, 2,520 basis points better than the prior-year quarter.
Next quarter's average estimate for revenue is $72.5 million. On the bottom line, the average EPS estimate is $0.03.
Next year's average estimate for revenue is $326.5 million. The average EPS estimate is $0.49.
The stock has a three-star rating (out of five) at Motley Fool CAPS, with 46 members out of 50 rating the stock outperform, and four members rating it underperform.
