ConAgra Foods Beats Estimates on Top and Bottom Lines

For the quarter, gross margin was 22.2%, 200 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Operating margin was 8.9%, 170 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter. Net margin was 5%, 140 basis points worse than the prior-year quarter.
