Man Killed After Falling Out of Tour Bus Bathroom

In a bizarre incident, one man was killed and another critically injured when they fell out of the bathroom window of a tour bus in central Massachusetts.

The men were reportedly tussling at the time of the Saturday night incident, but the horse-play appeared friendly.

The bus, operated by Colonial Tours of Boston, was heading back to Gardner, Mass. after a visit to four breweries when the men fell out the window onto Route 2. The bus was going about 60 mph at the time.

A witness tells Boston's Fox 25 she went to alert the driver but the bus continued about five miles before pulling over.

A state police trooper discovered the victims in the breakdown lane on the highway in Shirley, Mass.

Thomas Johnson of Gardner, 31, was killed and Seth Davis, 34, of Winchendon, Mass., was taken to the hospital with critical injuries.

Alcohol was believed to be involved in the incident. No charges were filed. Massachusetts state police continue to investigate.
