Massive Texas Fire Follows Natural Gas Plant ExplosionsMultiple explosions at a Houston-area natural-gas plant operated by Enterprise Products Partners (EPD) caused a fire that can be seen from dozens of miles away, local television station KHOU-TV reported.

The explosions took place at about 12:25 p.m. local time, KHOU said. The plant is in Mont Belvieu, about 35 miles east of Houston. No injury reports have been released. Chambers County officials haven't called for evacuations, though State Highway 146 near the plant was shut down, KHOU reported.
