Hilton Debuts New Hotel Brand
Home2Suites by Hilton is a mid-priced extended-stay product, featuring studio and one-bedroom suites with kitchenettes – designed for travelers looking for a more apartment-like set up rather than a traditional hotel room.
The signature of the new Hilton brand is "Oasis," a modern lobby that doubles as a social hub – an unusual feature in an extended-stay property and designed to get travelers out of their rooms and mingling.
The lobby at the 118-room Fayetteville property is decked out with living room-style furnishings and includes a breakfast area

Industry analysts say the creation of such a social lounge in an extended-stay property is a smart move.
"That's going to be that sweet spot," Eric Brey, director of the Center for Resorts and Hospitality Business at the University of Memphis tells the Associated Press. "They're going to try to bring people out of the room and bring them downstairs and have a social dialogue that other competitors don't really provide."
High-speed wireless access is available throughout the Fayetteville hotel on a complimentary basis. Other facilities at the four-story hotel include a fitness room and outdoor grills for guest use.
Prices at the Fayetteville Home2Suites are around $116 per night, depending on season and availability.
Home2Suites are also scheduled to open soon in Salt Lake City/Layton, Baltimore and San Antonio. Some 75 properties are planned, all under the Hilton Worldwide umbrella.
Hilton also has in its multi-brand portfolio the more upscale Homewood Suites extended-stay brand.
