black friday shoppers line up Stores are opening even earlier on Black Friday than usual this year -- Kmart, Sears, and Toys R Us are even maintaining hours on Thanksgiving Day. Fortunately for shoppers, holiday sale ads were released well in advance to allow plenty of time for planning. For stores with the deepest discounts plan to get in line early, but don't worry if you miss a bargain; there is always Cyber Monday.

Toys R Us: Sale runs until 1 p.m. on Friday
Old Navy: Some locations open at 3 a.m.
Premium Outlets: Sales run through Sunday
Tanger Outlets: Sales run through Sunday
Walmart: Electronics sale runs from 5 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Kohl's: Doorbusters until 1 p.m., other specials through Saturday
Macy's: Make sure to bring the coupons from its ad for extra savings
Sears: Open 7 a.m. to noon on Thanksgiving Day (select locations)
Target: Four-day preview sale starting Sunday, Nov. 21
Best Buy: Tickets will be handed out two hours prior to opening
TJ Maxx: Discounts on "high-end" handbags, jewelry & watches (select store)
Bloomingdales: Big Brown Bag Sale running through Sunday
Neiman Marcus: $50 gift certificate when you spend $100 (9 a.m. - noon)
