Trump 'Apprentice' Snags Chicago Mansion

Bill Rancic got famous as the winner on the first season of Donald Trump's show "The Apprentice." But Rancic got rich on real estate development, among other business endeavors. Since he wed celebrity gossip Giuliana Depandi in 2007, Rancic (pictured with his wife) has flipped properties in Los Angeles and Chicago.

His latest purchase is an enormous unfinished mansion in the Chicago suburb of Hinsdale that the couple recently purchased for $1,560,000. The 12,000-square-foot home has 7 bedrooms and 9.5 bathrooms.

In addition to his real estate activities, Rancic earns his keep as a motivational speaker and host of the A&E program "We Mean Business." And indeed, he really does.
