I Want This Oceanfront Home in Venice
Here are some more reasons why I Want This House.
Listed for $1.78 million, the two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has 2,000 square feet of space to live and entertain directly on famous Venice Beach. Finished in 2009, the home is completely modern with glass walls for amazing beach views day and night, as well as concrete floors and walls in the bedroom to add to the industrial feel. Yes, there are hardwood floors and balconies, but make no mistake, you are in a super-modern, minimalist Venice oceanfront home.
When you enter the new unit (and really from any floor,) you have the sand and water as your view. The open floor plan and high ceilings give a loft-like feel of the condo. Sliding doors open onto a private balcony so you don't have to leave your home to enjoy the sunset view. I imagine leaving the views for anything would be hard, but you might tear yourself away to enjoy the amazing soaking tub in the bathroom.
With this Venice oceanfront home, you might have to be careful who you tell you live at this great place - you will have no shortage of house guests. Although you do have a guestroom, so that's not so bad.
