Baby-Food Jar Craftiness

Monica over at CraftyNest cooked up a charming upcycle of an item many homes have lying around in abundance: baby food jars.

They're a perfect size for corralling odds and ends of all sorts (buttons, hardware, spices, etc.), but the mismatched tops can leave the collection looking a bit disjointed.
Enter Monica with a can of spray primer and a cheerful Tiffany-blue paint, and the jars go from utilitarian blah to eye-poppingly adorable. She stashes hers in a custom-made wooden rack, but a set of jars would be just as cute lined up along a floating shelf, or a kitchen or bathroom countertop.

Check out the simple instructions over at CraftyNest and put your recycling skills to the test!
