Stocks poised for a higher start ahead of data

U.S. stocks were set for a slight advance at the open of Thursday's session ahead of more housing, employment and manufacturing data. On Wednesday, stocks closed sharply lower as investors were concerned about the rising bond yields. Meanwhile, OPEC announced it would keep output the same.
