Arkansas woman charged with felony sex harassment is pregnant with 14-year-old victim’s child
A 23-year-old woman who began sexually abusing a 13-year-old a year ago is now pregnant with the teen’s child.
Brittni Gray of Paragould, Arkansas, was charged with one count of sexual harassment in the fourth degree, a Class D felony.
Police first received a tip on Feb. 28, 2020, from the Arkansas Child Abuse Hotline about the sexual relationship the teen was having with Gray, KAIT-TV reported. In September of that year, another tip came in from a witness who alleged they’d seen Gray and the boy having sex.
In January of this year, that second witness told police that the alleged victim had been in a sexual relationship with Gray for about a year.
“The witness stated that the alleged offender is currently pregnant with the victim’s child,” Detective Rhonda Thomas stated in an affidavit obtained by KAIT.
Medical records have confirmed the pregnancy, KAIT said, based on video footage showing the boy and Gray entering the hospital together on a trip to the emergency room.
Gray was arrested last Monday, released on $5,000 bond Thursday, and is due back in court on April 23, reported Meeaww.com.
