If you're curious to know what Anya does to stay so fit, you should know that before she started acting, she was a dancer. “I used to be a ballet dancer,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “I haven’t danced properly now for a couple of years, but I do one exercise class and immediately my poise comes back, and my muscles remember.”

And although dance classes are hard to fit into her busy schedule, she still likes to dance on her own every day. “I always dance first thing in the morning, silly crazy dancing,” she said. “I do it to at least three songs because it sets me up for the day.”

When Anya's not dancing, she's taking Pilates and kickboxing classes—both of which are excellent workouts for legs. “I’m trying to find a way of incorporating exercise more into my routine simply because you have to be strong to do this job,” she told Harper’s Bazaar.

As for her diet, Anya has been a vegetarian since she was eight. “I don't touch meat or fish,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “I was vegan for a long time…When I was a vegan, it was the healthiest I've ever felt, because I had so much energy." But now, she loves to indulge in "a lot of Italian food."

Keep crushing it, Anya!
