Anthony Joshua and Jermaine Franklin face off ahead of heavyweight fight

Anthony Joshua and Jermaine Franklin came face-to-face at a press conference on Wednesday, 29 March, ahead of their fight this weekend.

The former heavyweight champion has laughed off threats of a knockout, saying it is the “worst time” to face him as he makes his long-awaited return to the ring at London’s O2 Arena on Saturday.

Joshua is eager for victory after consecutive defeats by Oleksandr Usyk.

“Play time is over. It’s time to catch another body this Saturday,” Franklin tweeted.
