Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway confirms return date for final season before hiatus
Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway has confirmed the return date for the show’s final series, ahead of a hiatus.
The ITV entertainment show will be taking a break after the upcoming 20th series, and an exciting first look at "one final series" was recently released.
It has now been confirmed that the show will return on Saturday, February 24 at 7pm on ITV1.

The final series for now promises to be bigger and better than ever, with brand new challenges, games and surprises as well as a celebration of the show over the years – which first began in 2002.
The first episode of Saturday Night Takeaway will see actor Stephen Merchant step into the famous booth as the Guest Announcer, as well as the reveal of the new little Ant & Dec and a hilarious ‘Undercover’ segment with Britain’s Got Talent judge Simon Cowell.
There will also be a special ‘End of the Show Show’ with Becky Hill and Urban Theory, with some likely participation from the presenting duo.
Later in the series, there will be a special edition of the show’s celebrity prank segment called ‘Get Out of Me Ear: The Revenge’, where past hidden camera victims get to take their revenge on Ant and Dec by turning the tables and being in their ears instead.

The latest series will also see the return of segments that viewers know and love, including ‘Win the Ads’ – where an audience member gets the chance to win a host of prizes by answering questions about the week’s news.
Ant previously spoke to Digital Spy about what fans can expect from the final series of Saturday Night Takeaway.
He said: "We’re gonna bring old things back, we’ve got brand-new stuff, we’ve got lots of things planned and we’re gonna have a lot of fun doing it. We love it. It’s gonna be sad, but we’re gonna have fun until we get to the final episode."
Ant & Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway will return on Saturday, February 24 at 7pm on ITV1, STV and ITVX.
