Another shopping center going in near Alliance Corridor, Presidio Towne Crossing

Another shopping center has broken ground in far north Fort Worth, not far from the busy Alliance Corridor and Presidio Towne Crossing.

Berkshire Corner will be at the southwest corner of Blue Mound Road and U.S. 287.

Businesses include Jersey Mike’s, Mynt Barber Shop, Blue Mound Nail Spa and Pro Smile, according to the developer, Fort Worth-based The Woodmont Co. A McDonald’s recently opened nearby. Other spaces are available for lease.

Presidio Towne Crossing is a five-minute drive south on U.S. 287. The shopping center has many restaurants and entertainment venues.

There are 47,815 households and a population of 143,724 within a 10-minute drive of the shopping center, according to the developer.
