Amber Lewis's New Furniture Collection Includes a 600-Pound Marble Table

For anyone who gets excited about the launch of a highly anticipated furniture line by a famed interior designer only to discover the so-called collection is a handful of pieces, rejoice! Los Angeles-based designer Amber Lewis just released a massive collection with Four Hands, the Texas-based furniture wholesaler that designers love. So, just how vast is this collaboration, you may ask? It comprises more than 100 products that span all rooms in the home. There’s furniture, upholstery, outdoor, and decor, so if you’ve been looking for an excuse to redecorate, you’ve come to the right place. “This collection would be perfect for those looking for elevated, timeless pieces to make an impact in a space,” Lewis explains. “These items are thoughtfully constructed with high-quality craftsmanship, but they’re also designed to be well-loved and used.”

Though all of the pieces are different in their own right, there are a few elements that make them cohesively fit within the collection: Everything features natural materials (think oak, pine, and terracotta), warm hues, and soft textures. “We’re such a material-driven design company, and we put a lot of effort into developing unique and elevated textures for our line,” Adam Dunn, Four Hands’ vice president of design, says. “For Amber’s collection, the materials and finishes really bring the story to life. The collection has a blended, mixed-era aesthetic, so we needed to develop a wide breadth of custom materials that authentically tell a story rooted in different design languages.” Such a wide variety of materials also helped Lewis reach her goal of creating pieces that would make any room you're in, feel and look a bit more layered and lived-in, as opposed to highly curated, precious spaces that skew cold and museum-like.
