Amanda Seyfried Is All Toned Legs At The SAG Awards In These Minidress Pics

  • Amanda Seyfried showed up to the SAG Awards last week wearing a cute, lime green minidress and heels.

  • The actress got busy flaunting her super strong, sculpted legs and arms in the outfit.

  • Amanda hasn't shared much about her workout routines, but she loves to stay active in her daily life.

Celebrities turned it on for the 2023 SAG Awards on Sunday night, including Amanda Seyfried, who was bringing a serious fashion ~vibe~ to the red carpet.

The 37-year-old star showed up in a bright green Prada minidress with a sweeping train that displayed her seriously sculpted legs. Amanda let everyone in on some behind-the-scenes snaps on Instagram that showed her with a 70s-inspired updo, getting her makeup done, and greeting Sally Field on the red carpet. (Amanda later shared a photo in her Instagram Story of herself and Sally on the red carpet, writing, “this was my win” over top—so relatable.)

She also shared a photo of herself standing on a padded bench with her train out behind her, highlighting those toned legs again.

People were all over it in the comments. “How gorgeous. And fun. And fresh. Iconic look. Beautiful girl ♥️,” said Selma Blair, while someone else wrote, “One of the best ‘whole package’ looks of the SAGs.”

If you wanted to know how Amanda works on those sculpted legs, there are only a few tidbits here and there. This star stays pretty mum on the subject! However, Amanda has made it clear that she’s active in everyday life. Last year, she shared a photo of herself playing pickle ball with friends barefoot, while totally crushing some swings.

She also opened up to the New York Times about living on a farm in New York’s Catskills, where she regularly does stuff like move around a stubborn goat or ride her horse. Living on a farm “solidified my need to be out of the game when I’m not working, to be in nature and to refresh,” she said. “Everybody needs a center of gravity. Somewhere to feel safe,” she added.

And if you think working on a farm is a cakewalk, just check out this video of Amanda carrying a heavy-looking rock when it’s feeding time for her goats:

Amanda hasn’t shared much on her workouts lately, but she previously told Vogue that exercise is important for more than just physical health. “Exercise is first and foremost what I need to keep doing to promote those good vibes, and I try to do it every day,” she said. “That physical release of stress is so therapeutic. Even a half-hour of jump-roping, on the bike, at Pure Barre, always makes for a more relaxing day.”

On the food front, Amanda seems to take a pretty laidback approach. “Eat that bread and butter, have that drink if you drink,” she told Vogue. “This is what we live for, these moments. Moderation is a healthy thing. What would we do without it?”

Words to live by! Loving this for you, Amanda.
