  • Amanda enjoys getting active on the farm with her husband and kids, and has been getting into pickleball.

Amanda Seyfried is the latest celeb to serve a certified *lewk* on the red carpet during this awards season. And this past weekend, her golden, abs-bearing gown took home the grand prize at the Critics Choice Awards show.

Amanda, who has been nominated for several awards for her part as Elizabeth Holmes in The Dropout, is looking anything like the Theranos founder during her awards circuit. Thankfully, there is not a black turtleneck in sight. Instead, Amanda was rocking a gold Dior gown with cut-outs that showed off her super-toned abs and a peek of underboob. She paired the dress with some Cartier diamonds, naturally, and a bright red lip to make the whole thing pop.

Here's a peek at the amazing look, in case you missed it:

If you're wondering what Amanda does to stay so strong, you're not alone. First thing to know: Amanda’s workout of choice may surprise you, but this woman has been getting her pickleball game on lately!

You can see from all that sprinting around the court that her cardio fitness and leg strength are on point. The game requires you to do quick lateral moves, similarly to tennis, as well as quick changes of direction, all while staying in a slight squat position. My legs are burning just thinking about it.

Amanda is used to finding movement through fun, everyday activities like this. Usually, a workout involves a day out on her farm with her husband and two kids. She told The New York Times that her farm “solidified my need to be out of the game when I’m not working, to be in nature and to refresh.”

Amanda also enjoys rock climbing and shared a video on her IG back in July of 2020. Check out those balancing skills!

When it comes to her diet, Amanda believes in the "eat anything in moderation" principle. "Eat that bread and butter, have that drink if you drink," she told Vogue. "This is what we live for, these moments. Moderation is a healthy thing. What would we do without it?"

Amen!
