Alison Brie (And Her Mega-Toned Abs) Just Rocked The ESPYs Red Carpet

  • Alison Brie knows how to make an entrance, and she showed up and showed out at the ESPYs this week.

  • The actress, 39, donned a crop top and barely-there miniskirt with tights and heels to show off her mega-toned abs and sculpted legs.

  • Alison got into strength training in her twenties, and has kept up the strength gains throughout her thirties, posting lots of Instagram fitspo for her fans.

Alison Brie’s latest red carpet has everyone doing a total double take.

The actress, 39, attended the ESPYs in Hollywood in a stunning Roberto Cavalli dress that showed off her incredibly strong legs and abs. The asymmetrical black dress has multi-colored flowers across the bodice and the revealing miniskirt has buckles across one side, which showed off Alison's long, strong legs in sheer tights.

She paired the dress with a pair of sky-high black Giuseppe Zanotti heels that really solidified her glam-a-zon status.

Alison also took to Instagram to share some snaps of the entire outfit, captioning her post, "🖤 #espys2022 🖤." Her followers freaked out, writing "WHAT IS HAPPENING," and "I am obsessed w this look 😍," and "SCREAMING." Yup. Agreed.

We already know that Alison keeps in great shape —from her previous starring role in the wrestling show Glow to just generally crushing her workouts on Instagram.

In December, the star treated her followers to a glimpse at a pretty intense-looking workout combination, where she did one-legged squats and gripped a barbell with some pretty heavy weights on top.

“'Let’s try something new,’ he said…,” she wrote and tagged the celebrity hotspot gym, Rise.

She shared another Instagram where she did weighted jump squats like a total pro while LMFAO’s “Party Rock Anthem” plays in the background. Find me a better gym song — you can’t.

Alison has also posted clips of her doing stellar pushups under what seems to be a nearly crushing amount of weight. Consider everyone impressed, Alison. That takes some serious arm strength.

Alison previously told Women’s Health that she began strength training in her late twenties, and it totally changed the game for her when it came to her workouts. “It took the motivation out of being skinny for Hollywood standards and made it about being strong for lifting other women, literally. There was a real goal,” she said.

Love this mindset shift, and with a stunning outfit on top of it — perfection, Alison.
