Alex Rodriguez talks about his high-profile split with JLo. So, any hard feelings?

Alex Rodriguez just opened up about his relationship with Jennifer Lopez, with Martha Stewart, of all people.
The former New York Yankees player appeared on the domestic doyenne’s eponymous podcast on Wednesday and dished a bit on the topic many people wondered about since the famous couple split last year.
“You know, Martha, thank goodness, no regrets,” Rodriguez said. “Here’s what I will tell you about Jennifer, and I was telling some of my colleagues here the other day: She’s the most talented human being I’ve ever been around. Hardest worker. And I think she is the greatest performer, live performer in the world today that’s alive.”
In sum, ARod has fond memories of the high profile relationship that blossomed right here in Miami. The photogenic couple lived in the former baller’s Coral Gables mansion with their blended family, which included his daughters Natasha, 17, and Ella, 14, and her twins Max and Emme, 14.
“Look, we had a great time,” the NYC native concluded of their ill fated trip down the aisle.
Fans will recall: After multiple breakup rumors, Lopez and Rodriguez called off their engagement for good in April 2021, issuing a joint statement to “Today”:
“We have realized we are better as friends and look forward to remaining so,” it said. “We will continue to work together and support each other on our shared businesses and projects. We wish the best for each other and one another’s children. Out of respect for them, the only other comment we have is to say is thank you to everyone who has sent kind words and support.”

About a minute after the statement was released, Lopez shocked her fans (and reportedly, ARod) by reuniting with her famous ex fiancé Ben Affleck. The two, known as Bennifer 2.0, are currently engaged and house hunting like champs in Los Angeles.
As for Rodriguez, the 305-er has been seen vacationing with fitness model Kathryne Padgett. They were first spotted looking cozy back in January watching the Green Bay Packers playoff game in Wisconsin. He failed to mention Padgett to Martha and has yet to put her on his Instagram, but does seem happy.
“Life is good,” he allowed. “I’m very fortunate. I wake up every morning and thank the good Lord for my health [and] for my beautiful daughters.”
