As much as we love OG foods from popular restaurants, we appreciate getting a deal on something just as good that we can make in the comfort of our own homes.

Aldi always surprises us with amazing copycat items that are just as delicious as the originals. We loved seeing the Viennetta-look-alike frozen dessert cake that brought us straight back to the '90s, while those recent cake pops looked a lot like the ones at Starbucks but for a fraction of the price.

Now, Aldi is offering another copycat item that appears just like the one we used to enjoy at Taco Bell.

Aldi’s Casa Mamita Beef or Chicken Layered Tostada

You can nab Taco Bell wannabe tostadas for only one week at Aldi’s. The retailer is offering its Casa Mamita Beef or Chicken Layered Tostada April 24-30 for just $3.98 per 8-ounce box.

You can choose between chicken or ground beef. Both options are made with pinto beans and a red sauce smothered between two tortillas. Everything is then topped with various cheeses, tomatoes, and green onions.

You can find these layered tostadas in the freezer section at your local Aldi. When ready to enjoy, just throw them in the oven.

Taco Bell’s infamous layered tostada might be discontinued, but for one week, you can re-create this beloved meal in the comfort of your home.
