Al Pacino is officially 84!

The Oscar winner capped off a busy 12 months with his birthday on April 25, and he's showing no signs of slowing down. In recent months, Pacino welcomed son Roman with his 30-year-old girlfriend, Noor Alfallah, in June, appeared in the Michael Keaton-led filmKnox Goes Away and starred in Bad Bunny's "Monaco" music video. In March, he even took the stage at the 96th Academy Awards to present Best Picture to Oppenheimer.

Pacino's only going to be busier this year. Just days before the actor's birthday, on April 23, Variety reported the Scarface star will appear alongside Dan Stevens in David Midell's The Ritual, which will be seeking distribution at Cannes later this year.

In addition to The Ritual, Pacino has several projects in various stages of production, including Modi, Killing Castro and Billy Knight, which is expected to premiere later this year.

In the fall, the actor's fans will be treated to an in-depth look inside the iconic Hollywood star's life — from his early childhood to his star-making turn in The Godfatherand beyond — when his memoir, Sonny Boy, is released on Oct. 8.

“I wrote Sonny Boy to express what I’ve seen and been through in my life,” Pacino told PEOPLE in March. “It has been an incredibly personal and revealing experience to reflect on this journey and what acting has allowed me to do and the worlds it has opened up.”

The actor added that his memoir will offer an unprecedented peek behind the curtain of his life, saying, "My whole life has been a moonshot, and I’ve been a pretty lucky guy so far."

However, as exciting as his professional career is, nothing can quite compare to Pacino's personal life. Despite rumors that the couple had split, the actor is still dating producer Alfallah, with whom he shares his 10-month-old son, Roman. (In addition to Roman, Pacino is also dad to three adult children: Julie Marie, 34, with his ex-girlfriend Jan Tarrant, and 23-year-old twins Anton and Olivia with ex Beverly D'Angelo.)

The two were first linked in April 2022, but Alfallah told Vogue Arabia in March that she and Pacino's romance actually began during lockdown in 2020, when the pair began watching movies together at the legendary star's home.

“Al lives down the street from my house and we started spending every day together, playing chess and watching movies. It was like film school with Al Pacino," she told the outlet. “He showed me some obscure movies he was in like one with Marthe Keller called Bobby Deerfield, which is now my favorite of all his films."

These days, the couple is focused on raising their son, whom they both agree can be anything he wants to be when he grows up. Although, neither of them is ruling out the possibility that he could follow in his dad's famous footsteps.

"I think that there are a lot of similarities between Italians and Arabs," Alfallah said. "And because he's an Italian Arab, I think he's for sure going to be a soccer player. No, I'm just kidding. I don't know. He can be whatever he wants to be."

"His dad, of course, wants him to be whoever he wants to be... I think acting is in his genes though," she shared.
