Adult film star Stormy Daniels to promote her 'Space Force' comic book in Greenwood Aug. 9-10
Adult film actress Stormy Daniels will be in Greenwood this weekend promoting her comic book series, "Space Force."
The actress, who was at the center of a hush-money case involving former President Donald Trump, will appear at 50 S. Park Blvd., near the intersection of Emerson Avenue and Main Street in Greenwood, from 5-7 p.m. Aug. 9-10. The event is hosted by TidalWave Productions and Comics Elite.
This weekend's event will also feature appearances by artists Jamie Tyndall (Friday only), Gregbo Watson, Ale Garza and Matthew Waite. Attendees will be able to meet the artists and purchase exclusive art, TidalWave said in a news release.

The comic book series shares the name of the military branch created by the Trump administration with the mandate of enhancing security and protecting the U.S.'s space interests.
"Space Force" was created by Daniels and Darren G. Davis of TidalWave. In the series, written by Michael Frizell, Capt. Stormy Daniels commands a starship serving the United Republic of Earth, which is led by OrDon. In a news release, TidalWave described the comedy and action-adventure series as a combination of "elements of Barbarella and Star Trek."
Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, testified that she had sex with the former president and received $130,000 in hush money ahead of the 2016 election. The case resulted in a unanimous jury verdict in May that saw Trump convicted on 34 counts of falsifying business records.
This will not be Daniels' first stop in the Hoosier state. The actress made several appearances at Indiana strip clubs — including Indianapolis' The Pony — in 2018.
