Actors Hugh Jackman, Ryan Reynolds say they’ll go to KC Chiefs game this season
The number of A-list celebrities on the Chiefs’ bandwagon is staggering.
We’re talking Paul Rudd, Brad Pitt, Morgan Freeman, Henry Winkler, and, oh yeah, Taylor Swift. And that’s just a start.
When the Chiefs played the Jets last fall at Met Life Stadium in New Jersey, Swift was on hand and she brought with her friends Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman.
The latter two are the stars of “Deadpool & Wolverine,” which will be in theaters later this month. During an interview with People magazine on the red carpet, Reynolds and Jackman were asked if they’d attend a Chiefs game this fall.
“Oh, I hope so,” Jackman said.
Reynolds added, “You don’t say no to that.”
Jackman talked about how Swift and Lively, who is married to Reynolds, are the star attraction regardless of who attends a Chiefs game with them.
“If you ever really want to kinda not feel great about your career,” Jackman joked, “go to a game with Taylor Swift and Blake Lively — and then you’re Blake Lively, Taylor Swift and others at the game.”
Reynolds chimed in: “Yes! We’re just and others.”
