Aaron Rodgers just got another reason to stick around in Green Bay.

On Friday, the quarterback’s left tackle and longtime friend David Bakhtiari gave him a gift for returning to the team in 2021: a custom made golf cart complete with Aston Martin decals, MVP-year detailing and a fuzzy pink steering wheel.

“My man finally got that #Ashtonmartin he always wanted. This is the real reason Aaron came back. Enjoy it 3x MVP. No more shaming @patmcafeeshow #Details #Vanquish #handbuiltinengland #luvn69,” Bakhtiari wrote on Instagram.

Rodgers shared his reaction to the unique gift on Twitter.

“So glad some of my teammates like me #luvn69 #astonmartin #1stgiftsarethebestgifts @PatMcAfeeShow,” the three-time league MVP wrote.

Bakhtiari and Rodgers have been teammates since 2013 — and the two-time All-Pro tackle sure seems excited to continue that streak.

While Rodgers’ longterm future with the Packers is uncertain, Bakhtiari is locked in through 2024 after signing a massive four-year, $92 million contract back in 2020. The franchise restructured that deal earlier this offseason, creating $8.3 million in cap space.

After skipping out on all offseason activities with the Packers, Rodgers finally showed up to training camp earlier this week.

And despite clear frustrations with the Green Bay front office, the reigning NFL MVP will take on his 17th season with the organization in 2021.
