According to TMZ, the 34-year-old 90 Day Fiancé star had multiple surgeries worth $72,000 with Dr. Lane Smith, including a boob job that brought her from a 34A to a 34DD. Dos Santos Lima also got a nose job. Both procedures are said to have originally occurred in February, but she returned to the surgeon in August.
The website reports that she also had liposuction on her abs and waist with a fat transfer to her butt. She’s set to reveal her drastically different look on CamSoda, a live-streaming webcam platform, on Monday, September 14.
Dos Santos Lima confirmed the news via her Instagram Stories, where she shared a screenshot of TMZ’s article and photos that put her modified figure on display. Her new look was inspired by Kylie Jenner.

The TLC star is no stranger to the plastic surgery game. During the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? season 5 premiere in June, Dos Santos Lima debuted an all-new look that featured several modifications to her face and an enhancement made to her butt.
“I lose weight. I did butt to make it bigger. I did botox. I did my nose. I did my lips. I did my cheekbones. I did my chin,” she said on the episode. “I am a new woman and I feel very happy.”
On an episode that aired in August, she talked about her desire to alter appearance during a consultation with the plastic surgeon. “When I look at the blowup dolls, like, big boobs, small waist, big lips, I started to feel pretty,” she explained, adding that “the nose is the worst thing I need to change to be a perfect doll.”
In the show’s most recent episode, fans saw Dos Santos Lima undergo surgery and the rough aftermath. She was rolled out in a wheelchair toward her boyfriend, Eric Nichols, after her procedure concluded. She also had a bandage covering her nose.

“I’m in too much pain, Eric,” she said, as he looked on with concern.
Dos Santos Lima previously opened up about her love for cosmetic surgery and her plans to get more work done. “I’m a big fan of cosmetic procedures,” she explained to Entertainment Tonight at the time. “Having the cosmetic surgery was something that I really wanted to do a long time ago.”
The reality star continued, “I’m not done. My next goal is to get a tummy tuck and a Brazilian butt lift. … Once we drink the wine of the plastic surgery, we start to find things that we can fix, we can change, you know? And once I tried [it], I don’t want to stop.”
The Brazil native previously revealed a major factor that has helped to cover the costs of her various cosmetic procedures: Cameo. Through the popular digital service, fans can book personalized video messages from reality TV stars and other celebs.
“The American people are very gentle with me, very kind with me,” she told Life & Style in July. “They book my Cameos and I can pay my attorney fees, my procedures and make a living.”
