9 new items on the menu at AT&T Stadium for Cowboys games include 3 styles of hot dogs

Dallas Cowboys fans can choose from nine new food offerings at home games this season.

The Cowboys host the New York Jets in their home opener at AT&T Stadium on Sunday at 3:25 p.m. For information on tickets and where to find parking, visit the Star-Telegram’s guide here.

Ahead of Sunday’s matchup, the Cowboys and Legends Hospitality revealed the nine new food items hitting concession stands this season. Each item is based on and inspired by feedback from fans.

“Every year we have to have do something different,” said Marcelo Vasquez, executive chef at Legends. “That’s how we identify our DNA, we try to be a wow factor for every single experience.”

A 17-inch flour tortilla is stuffed with slow-cooked marinated beef, pepper jack and Oaxaca cheese, and grilled till crispy. The quesadilla is then cut into four pieces and served with a Birria consomme.
