9 new items on the menu at AT&T Stadium for Cowboys games include 3 styles of hot dogs

Dallas Cowboys fans can choose from nine new food offerings at home games this season.

The Cowboys host the New York Jets in their home opener at AT&T Stadium on Sunday at 3:25 p.m. For information on tickets and where to find parking, visit the Star-Telegram’s guide here.

Ahead of Sunday’s matchup, the Cowboys and Legends Hospitality revealed the nine new food items hitting concession stands this season. Each item is based on and inspired by feedback from fans.

“Every year we have to have do something different,” said Marcelo Vasquez, executive chef at Legends. “That’s how we identify our DNA, we try to be a wow factor for every single experience.”

Birria Quesadilla

A 17-inch flour tortilla is stuffed with slow-cooked marinated beef, pepper jack and Oaxaca cheese, and grilled till crispy. The quesadilla is then cut into four pieces and served with a Birria consomme.

Lineman Burrito

A 17-inch flour tortilla is filled with macaroni and cheese, smoked brisket, jalapeno pepper jack sausage, pico de gallo and candied jalapenos.

Flamin’ Hot Cheetos Elote

Sweet corn is topped with crema, cotija cheese and Flamin’ Hot Cheetos in a cup.

The BBQ Dog

A beef hot dog is topped with smoked brisket, fried onions and candied jalapenos in a brioche bun that’s topped with barbecue sauce.

The BLT Dog

Combining the classic sandwich with a hot dog, the beef franked is topped with lettuce, tomato and bacon.

The NY Onion Dog

A beef hot dog is topped with New York-style grilled onions and pico de gallo in a brioche bun.

Fritos Brisket Mac n Cheese Balls

Smoked brisket and macaroni and cheese are breaded with barbecue Fritos chips and fried. Served on a bed of macaroni and cheese and topped with sour cream and green onions.

Brisket Mac n Cheese Bowl

A bowl of macaroni and cheese is mixed with smoked brisket and topped with jalapenos and barbecue sauce.

Turkey Bacon Hoagie

A locally baked hoagie roll is loaded with turkey, bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato and topped with bacon jam aioli.
