9-1-1 fans know that Jennifer Love Hewitt's character Maddie Buckley has gone through a lot over the past six seasons. Luckily, if her social media is any indication, her off-screen day-to-day life with her husband and kids seems a lot more lighthearted.

The 43-year-old Fox actress riled up folks when she posted a rare Halloween-themed photo of her husband Brian Hallisay on Instagram. But it might have taken viewers a second to realize who she was talking about because a hanging pumpkin decoration hilariously took the place of his head in the shot. The rest of the picture showed Brian wearing a red t-shirt in the family's kitchen surrounded by more Halloween décor.

"Just fell in love all over again. 🎃🧡🎃," Jennifer captioned the snap.

Without skipping a beat, 9-1-1 fans immediately took to the Instagram comments section to share their thoughts on the uncommon sight.

"We need more Brian content," one person wrote. "It’s a good look for him 🤣," another added. "He truly is a Halloween baby," a different fan said, in reference to the fact that Brian's birthday is on Halloween. (This might just be the reason Jennifer is a self-proclaimed Halloween queen who loves the spooky holiday!)

The couple, who are fairly private and keep a low profile on social media, met back in 2011 while filming the short-lived NBC series Love Bites, according to Hello!. But it wasn't until the duo reunited on the Lifetime show The Client List in 2012 that they started dating.

The following June, they announced their engagement and that they were expecting. Jennifer and Brian were married in a private ceremony in November and became parents to their daughter Autumn, 8, only a few days later. They went on to have sons Atticus, 7, and Aiden, 1.

Although the couple remains out of the spotlight, Jennifer has been public about her love for her family. More specifically, how Brian and her kids challenge her to be a better actress.

“In acting now, it’s been a really interesting gift because your job as an actor is to crack yourself open as much as possible and give that to people," she told Us Weekly in August 2019. "I think before whereas I had to imagine what that was like, now I actually feel that on a daily basis in good ways and in bad ways, depending on the day and the moment with [my] kids and [my] husband."

"It’s been a beautiful gift as an actor. It’s a much more accessible thing for me now in a way that I didn’t know was possible,” she concluded.

Tonight's episode preview has fans thinking that another struggle might be on the horizon for Maddie when it's revealed that someone from the 911 call center is using details to organize home invasions, and the common denominator between them all is her.

One thing's for sure. It's nice to know that Jennifer's home life seems a lot more even-keeled than Maddie's — something her fans absolutely love to see.
