A home that’s referred to as a “private oasis” has landed on the real estate market in Bentonville, Arkansas, for $1.25 million.

The catch? It’s a two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom primary house that’s only 866 square feet, which comes out to $1,443 per square foot.

While on paper that seems a little chaotic, the photos paint a different story — one that is more like a fairy tale.

You see, the main house comes with a custom-built tree house with its very own rope bridge.

The paradise-like backyard comes with a plethora of features, including:

  • Heated pool and waterfall

  • Covered fire pit

  • “Covered lookout patio”

  • “Rope landing lounge”

“All built through an artistic eye, with the utmost quality and perfection throughout,” the listing on Realtor.com says. “It is truly one-of-a-kind. Currently functioning as a successful Airbnb and only a few feet from Bike Trails: Sleeps 8, 2.5 BA, two indoor kitchens, one amazing outdoor kitchen/patio space for entertaining. Tree House has a garage door which opens onto a full walk-around deck; this enhances the living area and provides moon and star views at night.”

Fans — and critics — were drawn to the house after it was posted on the popular real estate Facebook page and Twitter account, Zillow Gone Wild.

“Absolutely incredible. A tiny house, just a tad larger. Beautiful. Too pricey though,” one person commented.

“I can build a tree house way cheaper than $1.2 million,” another noted.

“Worth every penny just for the rope bridge,” someone said.

“Money can buy happiness,” one person tweeted.

“I don’t even mind that it’s in Arkansas or that the main house has a spiral staircase of death, I love it,” another said.

“Dog, I just wanna live in the tree house part,” someone noted.

“New dream writing residency just dropped,” one person said.

Looks like something you would find in Power Wash Simulator,” another tweeted.
