8 Myrtle Beach area restaurants do not score “A” in recent restaurant inspections

Eight restaurant’s in the Myrtle Beach area did not receive a high enough score to earn an “A” in routine restaurant inspections which were recently performed by the S.C. Department of Health and Environmental Control. Here are the results from the reports:
Daddio’s in Little River received 78 percent “B” in a routine inspection on Jan. 6. They will receive a follow-up inspection within the next 10 days.
Bojangle’s in Loris received 79 percent “B” in a routine inspection on Jan. 4. They had a follow-up inspection on Jan. 6 and received 93 percent “A” score.
Early Riser Diner in Myrtle Beach received 83 percent “B” in a routine inspection on Jan. 5. They will receive a follow-up inspection within the next 10 days.
Golden Kitchen in Surfside Beach received 81 percent “B” in a routine inspection on Jan 5. They will receive a follow-up inspection within the next 10 days.
Ocean Lakes - Meet & Eat in Myrtle Beach received 83 percent “B” in a routine inspection on Jan. 3. They will receive a follow-up inspection within the next 10 days.
Sushi King Steak and Seafood in Myrtle Beach received 78 percent “B” in a routine inspection on Jan. 3. They did receive a follow-up inspection on Jan. 6 and scored 100 percent “A”.
Waffle House #1626 in Myrtle Beach received 83 percent “B” in a routine inspection on Jan. 4. They will receive a follow-up inspection within the next 10 days.
Crooked Hammock Brewery in Myrtle Beach received 82 percent “B” in a routine inspection on Jan 3. A follow-up inspection was performed on Jan. 5 in which 98 percent “A” was scored.
These facilities will receive a follow-up inspection within 10 days, according to the SC food grade report.
These two restaurants received follow-up inspections.
Hooks Calabash Seafood Buffet in Myrtle Beach received 82 percent “B” in a routine inspection on Dec. 29. A follow-up inspection was performed on Jan. 6 in which 85 percent “B” was scored. Another follow-up inspection will be performed within the next 10 days.
Panthers in Georgetown received 79 percent “B” score in a routine inspection on Dec. 29. A follow-up inspection was performed on Jan. 6 in which 97 percent “A” was scored.
